About the Odd Watch Company

o.W.c stands for the Odd Watch Company, a bespoke watchmaker based in Bristol, UK. Operating under the motto “Your watch, your choice,” they specialise in custom, hand-crafted timepieces featuring hand-engraved artwork, ceramic dials and personalised details. The Bristol is a limited run design, believed to have been produced in a small number of colour variants — this example in deep navy blue. The city connection runs through every detail: Bristol sits in script on the dial, and the Clifton Suspension Bridge is engraved across the caseback, giving this watch an unmistakable sense of place.

Design & Dial

The deep blue dial is clean and unhurried — no hour markers, no date window, no clutter. Just the o.W.c initials at 12 o'clock, Bristol in cursive script below the hands, and two slim silver hands with a blue cabochon centre. The blue shifts subtly with the light, giving the dial a quiet richness.

The polished silver-tone rectangular case is a proper tank profile: straight sides, squared lugs, slim and flat to the wrist. The blue cabochon crown at 3 o'clock ties back to the dial. Turn it over and you'll find the Clifton Suspension Bridge engraved across the caseback alongside the o.W.c / ODD WATCH COMPANY branding and reference 2409RECR1.

The watch is fitted on a navy blue croc-pattern leather strap with a tan lining and a polished silver pin buckle — a neat complement to the case and dial colour.

Quartz movement, working perfectly as reported at the time of listing. The specific calibre has not been verified. No water resistance is stated on the dial or caseback; treat it accordingly.

Condition

Fantastic pre-loved condition. The dial is clean with no damage or print loss. The case presents well — light hairline scratches are visible on the case sides under close inspection, and minor marks are present on the caseback, consistent with gentle previous ownership. The strap is in good order.
