Do the watches come with a box and papers?

Not all of them — we sell many of our watches naked (no box, no papers). This is reflected in our pricing, which means you get more watch for your money.

Watches in their original box are also available and pictures of all accessories are always included in the photos for that watch.

If you don't see a box in the photos it's a watch without a box. Naked.

Are the watches genuine?

Absolutely. Every watch we sell is 100% authentic. We carefully inspect and verify each timepiece before listing it.

What condition are the watches in?

Each listing includes a detailed condition report and photographs. Please read the description carefully and study every photo before purchasing.

Do you offer returns?

How do you ship?

We ship securely and fully insured. Shipping details are provided at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, and many other countries worldwide. All international orders are sent fully tracked and insured.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on my order?

For customers in the USA and Canada, any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

For all other countries, import duties and taxes can be significant — please check your local customs rules before ordering. Any charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be assessed and collected before delivery.

We always declare the true value of every shipment on customs forms — we are unable to mark items as gifts or undervalue them.
