About Bulova

This Bulova takes a straightforward approach to dress-watch design: a distinctive dial, an uncluttered three-hand display and a matching metal bracelet. Design & Dial

The pink sunburst dial is the centrepiece. Fine radial brushing catches the light, shifting between pale blush and warmer copper-pink tones as the viewing angle changes. Raised gold-tone Arabic numerals give the dial character and depth, complemented by tapered hands and a slender central seconds hand.

The Bulova name sits beneath the tuning-fork emblem at 12 o’clock, while the 97L127 reference is printed discreetly near the bottom of the dial. There is no date window to interrupt the clean layout.

A polished gold-tone round case frames the dial, with a signed crown at 3 o’clock. The matching bracelet combines broad brushed centre sections with polished detailing, giving it contrasting textures rather than a uniform shine. A folding clasp completes the bracelet, and spare links are included for sizing.

Movement

The watch has a three-hand analogue display and is running perfectly at the time of listing. Its exact movement calibre has not been independently verified.

Condition

An attractive pre-loved example with signs of previous use, rather than an unmarked watch.

There are small scratches around the edge of the crystal and light wear to the bracelet. The caseback also has visible scratches, shown clearly in the close-up photographs. The Bulova box is a little tatty inside and is missing its cushion.
