Design & Dial
The W0979L28 is a statement piece from the moment you lay eyes on it. The case measures approximately 50.8mm — a bold, chunky resin construction in sky blue with a matching blue monochromatic dial. The Guess triangle logo is embossed directly into the dial surface, creating a tonal effect that keeps the look clean. Gold-tone hands cut through the blue with just the right amount of contrast.
The silicone strap is a real talking point: a dual-layer design in a blue-to-yellow-green ombre gradient, graduating through teal and lime towards the tail. The underside is yellow, visible through the strap slots — adding an unexpected pop of colour. A silver-tone pin buckle secures the strap at 20mm width.
