About Dreyfuss & Co.

Dreyfuss & Co. is a British-founded watch brand with deep horological roots, drawing inspiration from the golden age of aviation. The brand was established honouring the legacy of George Dreyfuss, whose collection of rare military and civilian timepieces from the 1920s–1950s informed every design the house has produced. Each watch is handmade in Switzerland — as stated proudly on the caseback — combining old-world craftsmanship with contemporary Swiss movement quality.

This chronograph belongs to their Series 1925 lineage, a collection that celebrates the era of early aviation and the pilot watches of the interwar period, executed with a refined panda-dial layout that remains highly sought after by collectors.

Design & Dial

The dial is a standout piece of design — a white/silver guilloche-textured centre flanked by three contrasting subdials in a classic tri-colour panda layout: two slate grey subdials at 12 and 3 o'clock, and a black running seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. A date window sits neatly at 4 o'clock. Rose gold-tone baton hands and applied baton indices complete the dressy aesthetic.

The inner chapter ring carries a tachymetre and seconds scale, and the text "Fabriqué en Suisse" is printed along the lower dial edge — a mark of Swiss manufacture. The Dreyfuss & Co. crown-and-scissors emblem is positioned prominently at 12 o'clock.

The rose gold PVD-coated stainless steel case measures 40mm in diameter with a lug-to-lug of approximately 45.5mm and a case thickness of approximately 12mm — a well-proportioned size that wears comfortably on the wrist. Two rose gold-tone chronograph pushers flank the crown at 2 and 4 o'clock.

The watch is presented on its original black croc-embossed leather strap with a rose gold-tone stainless steel double-deployant clasp — a premium touch that adds considerable value and convenience.

Movement

Powering this watch is a Swiss quartz movement — reliable, accurate, and low-maintenance. Swiss quartz movements of this class are known for their precision timekeeping, typically accurate to within ±15 seconds per month. The chronograph function operates smoothly and all functions are in full working order.

Condition

Good pre-loved condition. The watch functions perfectly — all chronograph functions operate correctly. The dial and hands are clean with no damage, print loss, or significant marks visible.

Cosmetically, there are light surface marks scattered across the case, consistent with careful everyday wear. There are also small witness marks on the caseback around the case-opening area, consistent with a previous cell replacement. These are entirely typical and do not affect the watch's function or presentation at any meaningful distance. The strap presents well with no cracking.

As with all pre-loved watches, other small marks or imperfections may be visible upon close inspection of the photographs — please study every image carefully before purchasing.
