The London Slim collection in particular is a love letter to the classic dress watch — slim, elegant, and timeless.

Design & Dial

The dial is an exercise in restraint — white/cream with a sunray-brushed finish, dressed with applied silver baton indices and Roman numerals at 12 and 9 o'clock. Blue-tipped dauphine hands add a refined, classical touch that sets this watch apart from more pedestrian dress pieces. A date window sits neatly at 3 o'clock, framed cleanly within the overall minimalist composition.

"Jas. McCabe / Belfast · London / Assembled in the UK" is printed on the dial in restrained lettering — present but never overpowering.

The polished stainless steel case measures 43mm in diameter — though the highly curved, sloping polished bezel and compact lugs mean it sits considerably smaller on the wrist than a standard 43mm dress watch. A slim, elegant profile that slides easily under a shirt cuff. A signed crown sits at 3 o'clock.

Paired with a Hirsch Pure Caoutchouc 22mm black natural rubber strap — a premium Austrian strap brand well regarded in the watch world — fitted with a polished stainless steel deployant clasp. The rubber strap is comfortable, water-resistant, and far more luxurious in hand than standard silicone alternatives.

Movement

Powering this watch is a quartz movement, keeping accurate, reliable time with minimal maintenance. All functions — timekeeping and date — are working perfectly.

Water resistance: 5ATM (50 metres) — confirmed on the caseback. Suitable for swimming and everyday water exposure, though not for diving.

Condition

Very good pre-loved condition. The watch functions perfectly with no issues. The dial is clean — no marks, scratches, print loss, or damage visible. The hands and indices are in excellent order.

Cosmetically, the case carries only the lightest of surface marks consistent with careful prior ownership — nothing that detracts from its presentation. The Hirsch rubber strap is in good condition with no cracking or significant wear; some light surface marks are present consistent with use.
